Second Nature serves as the Google Ecology Global Strategic Partner, advancing innovative, science-based strategies to bring nature into urban spaces. The team advises on ecology for real estate projects across Google’s global portfolio, including master plan development in the San Francisco Bay Area, flagship ecological building design in New York City, and campus design in Europe, Asia, and Australia. In addition to site-based work, Second Nature develops broadly-applicable guidelines, metrics, and tools to facilitate design for urban biodiversity support.
